Donna Poudrier’s Bio

A Talent Acquisition Consultant, GetFive Certified Career Coach and Public Speaking Coach, Donna M. Poudrier has 20 years of corporate experience in sales, sales management, marketing and new business development. Donna has been hiring for results throughout her career at Nestle, Kraft/Heinz, Unilever and Barilla. She now specializes in working closely with her clients to align their interests and goals to interview for results!

Because of her hands on recruiting experience and GetFive career coaching, Donna has the advantage of truly understanding the job search process from both the employer and candidate’s perspective. She achieves successful placements for her clients by incorporating a “strategic approach” to interviewing and a candidate evaluation metrics system. Donna’s philosophy: “ It’s the time spent upfront to conduct a thorough interview screening process that results in highly successful new hires!”

As a public speaking coach, an avid Toastmaster and adjunct professor teaching public speaking at the collegiate level, she coaches clients for interviews and key presentations. With a keen sense for communicating for results, she provides feedback in a warm, constructive and empowering manner.

Educational background includes a BS in Marketing from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and an MBA from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
